Ensure your security

If you are using a high-end computer, such as a CAD workstation, or you do creative like Final Cut Pro, or you design circuits in Altium or Eagle, we may need some additional time to source hardware, if it is not in stock locally. 

If your computer requires advanced sign in capabilities, such as accounting software with two-factor authentication, we may need to work side-by-side with you on site in order to authenticate your user. 

The replacement computer includes all files, programs, settings, web browser profiles, software installations and configurations. 

We always have hardware capable of basic usage such as emails and web browsing available at short notice. If the time to build a computer with custom hardware is lengthy, we can install a basic computer temporarily to allow you to continue working while the final computer is built. Additional charges apply. 

In most cases you can expect the new computer ready and within 24 hours. Please note you will need to have subscribed to this service before experiencing any computer failures. 

Note that software failures are covered as well, although depending on the nature of the software failure, additional charges may apply. 

White glove service 

Our engineers are well-presented and install computers in commercial environments every day. Our aim is to restore conditions to allow your business to function as though the interruption never happened. 

Cable ties, screws, and velcro pads are all in our vocabulary – and we know how to use them. 

Misbehavent computers are our forte as we get to work and apply fixes that last.
