Working To Minimise Disruption Of Services
With the recent changes down to COVID-19 Alert Level 2 here in New Zealand, we thought we should give you all a quick update!
There have been a few changes to the way we operate and how we support you during this time.
⇒ Our office and workshop is now open. We have a maximum of 2 customers in our show room at all times. Please follow the instructions at the door before you enter.
⇒ All payments are to be made via a electronic method - We are not accepting cash at this time.
⇒ All hardware purchases & repairs will require payment prior to delivery/pickup. This is due to our suppliers introducing this and will remain in place until further notice.
⇒ Our staff are working back in the office and are available to assist you when required.
We are committed to keeping all of our customers online and functional during this time. Please do remember, some of our services may be delayed as we are receiving a larger than usual volume of calls and tickets to assist at present. We are working efficiently as possible to ensure all support tickets are completed within a timely matter.
